By accessing, browsing, registering on or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the earliest of the following:
These Terms are supplemented by any additional policies published on the Platform including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The fact that the Platform is technically accessible in a given territory does not constitute authorisation for use in that territory.
By registering, you confirm that you:
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or Bonuses therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 777sp shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
777sp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, source of funds documentation and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment method references made on this Platform — including mentions of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar context for Pakistani users only. None of these payment providers endorse, sponsor or support gambling activities, and their inclusion is not intended to imply any such relationship.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and vary by payment method, Account tier and promotional status. PKR denominated deposit limits are illustrative and subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits may be credited in the currency supported by your Account. Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates and conversion fees will be applied. 777sp is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party charges applied by your payment provider.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. Any funds received from an unverified third-party source may be held or returned pending investigation.
Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and any other incentives ("Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods and eligible game restrictions. All Bonus amounts presented on this Platform as examples (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative only and do not constitute a guaranteed live promotion.
To be eligible for a Bonus, you must satisfy all conditions stipulated in the relevant promotion terms at the time of opt-in. 777sp reserves the right to decline a Bonus request or withhold a Bonus where eligibility conditions are not fully met.
Any attempt to abuse or circumvent Bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies, pattern betting, low-risk hedging techniques designed to exploit promotional terms, or collusion with other users — will result in the cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
A wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") specifies the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated funds or winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus amount received unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 Bonus subject to a ×15 wagering requirement would require PKR 75,000 in total eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. This figure is illustrative only.
Different game categories may contribute varying percentages towards the satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement. Sports betting, live casino, slots, table games and other categories may each carry different contribution rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
If you request a withdrawal before satisfying an active Wagering Requirement, the Bonus and any associated winnings derived from that Bonus may be forfeited in full. Only funds that have satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) the User's Account has passed KYC verification; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied; (c) the Account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or investigations; and (d) the requested withdrawal method is available and verified.
All Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to their first withdrawal. Documents typically required include a valid CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. 777sp does not guarantee specific processing windows. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may be delayed. Users will be notified if further documentation is needed.

Identity Match Requirement: Withdrawal details (account name, account number, IBAN or wallet address) must exactly match the identity registered on your 777sp Account. Withdrawals to mismatched or unverified payment details will not be processed and may trigger a security review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 777sp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, redistribute or republish any content; (b) commercially exploit any content; (c) use data mining, scraping or similar data extraction tools; or (d) frame or incorporate any part of the Platform into another website or application without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sp, its directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. All information on this Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sp holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
Where resolution through negotiation is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the governing jurisdiction.
Pakistan-Specific Notice: 777sp does not confirm that its services are lawful, licensed or authorised in Pakistan. Pakistani users are solely responsible for understanding their obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and all other applicable legislation.
